Workplace Health & Safety Policy
Occupational Health and Safety is the responsibility of every team member.
Total Personnel is committed to our responsibility in ensuring the safety, health and welfare of all personnel, contractors and any other persons affected by our work practices.
We will strive to offer a culture of continuous improvement through the planning, organising and directing of the systematic management of OH&S.
We will offer relevant training, reduce and control hazards and implement safe procedures and standards, which are integrated with those of our clients.
Through diligence, consultation with our employees and clients, monitoring and review, we will achieve a culture committed to safety, health and continual improvement. As a minimum standard we will legally comply with State Occupational Health Safety and Workers’ Compensation legislation.
Our personnel are responsible for observing Safe Systems of Work, reporting incidents and working responsibly and in accordance with client’s guidelines when working with all plant and safety equipment.
In the event that an employee sustains a work related injury Total Personnel would make every effort to provide a suitable occupational rehabilitation program to promote speedy recovery and minimise lost time at work
